At the time of the project, the firm had 3 locations with around 75 staff. They were maintaining five branch offices all serving the medical, aerospace, technology, and automotive industries.

Customer is a full service financial institution with a complete line of deposit and loan products with total assets between $250 - $300 million. At the time of the project, the firm had 85 total employees with 5 branch locations. Technology concerns are at a premium with the highly competitive and regulated industry.

A cloud services company that started in 1997 was looking to address specific business challenges to help them manage growing storage and performance requirements. The business started as a consulting firm writing software to provide access to stand-alone and networked information systems in user friendly ways. Midwestern Bank
High availability of applications such as TrustEast, Enchanced CheckView, Swift and others is extremely important to the banking infrastructure. The bank had been experiencing problems with Global Policies and profiles acting very unstable causing users to experience application irregularities across the server farm. Also, with the constant changing environment as to application upgrades, manual installation of application sets became too great.
